2.1 Registration online

2.2 Registration offline by visiting

> Method of registration

- Application sheet will be issued after payment of registration fee during respiration period at reception desk

- Individual and visiting registration are applicable (trustee or group registration is not permitted)

- First-come-first-served basis, early deadline in case of full registration

> Applicant submitting documents

- 1 X application sheet (attached with 2X photo and copy of ID)

- Size of photo attached on application sheet : recent photo taken within 6 months, hat off, front viewed passport(3.5cm×4.5cm) that is identifiable.

> Commission

- Registration fee USD24$

3. EPS-TOPIK Cancelation and refund

> Subject

Applicant who cancels during the registration, but ineligible applicant is not refundable after elapsing registration period

> Process

If trustee institution cancels on behalf of applicant during the registration period, full registration fee is refundable (trust institution exclusively responsible)

If ineligible applicant is discovered in the process of KLT-S and online registration, trust institution cooperates to find out the fact. If applicant is proved to be disqualified, trust institution will deal with cancellation and refund.

4. EPS-TOPIK Information Office

The information office is subjected to change according to the local circumstances of the country concerned.
